The App allows you to input financial data, including but not limited to:

2.4 Invitation Code Information

We may collect information related to invitation codes used in the App, which are obtained through Tocco's official social media accounts and other self-media channels. Invitation codes are used solely to identify the source channel of users, facilitating us in analyzing App usage data (such as activity levels, feature preferences, etc.).

It is important to note that invitation codes do not collect any personal privacy information of users. Whether an invitation code is used or not, it will not affect the normal use of the App's core functions, including accounting, data statistics, basic settings, and other functions.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you directly input into the App
  • Information provided when you contact our support team
  • Automatic collection through the App's functionality (device and usage information)
  • Information related to invitation code usage when you choose to use an invitation code obtained from our self-media channels

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the App's functionality
  • To enable you to track and manage your financial information
  • To improve the App's features and user experience
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide support
  • To comply with legal obligations under Australian law
  • To analyze user source channels and optimize App promotion strategies through invitation code-related data (without identifying individual users)

Your financial data is primarily stored locally on your device in accordance with our commitment to your privacy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any authentication methods used to access your device.

  • The right to request correction of your personal information if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading
  • The right to request that we delete your personal information in certain circumstances
  • The right to withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information (to the extent such consent was provided)

8. Cross-Border Disclosure

If we disclose your personal information to overseas recipients, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that those recipients do not breach the APPs in relation to your information, in accordance with APP 8.

By using the App, you consent to the possible cross-border transfer of your personal information as described in this Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this Policy and, where appropriate, through the App or other communication channels.

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
